About
Maz Bednarczyk

Learning designer & facilitator, millenial middle-manager, cat person
I work at the intersection of leadership development, learning design, and international exchange. In practice, that means I spend a good deal of time thinking about how people learn, how they exercise judgment, and how decisions are made in complex, cross-cultural settings.
I find myself particularly drawn to questions that sit just beneath the surface of practice. Questions of responsibility, impact. and what happens when individual intention meets organisational structure. Where systems, power, and human behaviour intersect—and occasionally collide.
This site is less a showcase and more a working document. A space to think in public, examine ideas as they take shape, and to make sense of ongoing work while it is still, very much, in progress.
